Air Fried Salmon Rice Bowl
Ingredients
Rice x1cup
Salmon fillet x2
Egg x2
Mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc.)
Seasoning: salt, paprika, black pepper, to taste
Method
Prepare the salmon:
Season the salmon fillet with salt, paprika, and black pepper. Place it in the air fryer and cook until golden and cooked through.
Cook the rice:
Rinse the rice thoroughly. Boil in water for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain any excess water.
Fry the egg:
In a small pan, fry the egg to your liking (sunny-side up or over easy).
Prepare the salad:
Wash and prepare the salad vegetables of your choice.
Assemble:
Arrange the rice on a plate. Top with the air-fried salmon and fried egg. Add the fresh salad on the side.
